In order for us to make all of our authentic German baked goods from scratch daily, our dedicated bakers start the evening before. The Loveland location works in shifts to create our German delicacies, being sure to allow the proper amount of time for preparation, cooling and decoration. Our delivery trucks leave by 2 am., heading out to our satellite locations in Estes Park, Niwot and Greeley to stack the shelves with hot, warm German treats to help you start your day.
